Definitely Naomi or Nadine, the other two are too dated, especially Stephanie IMO. Since it sounds like his sister is deceased I would go with her name, Nadine, or maybe the variant Nadia. Nadine/Nadia Joyce would be very nice.

I like Stephanie the best! Naomi is my second favorite, and Joyce is my third. What about Stephanie Nadine? That flows well, in my opinion! What do you think? Good luck deciding!
