Jett vs. Could Be Cute vs. Completely Awful

My husband plays college football and is an avid sports fan. He is in love with the name Jett for our little boy, he says it sounds sporty. I have tried to interest him in other "Cool J" names but he is pretty set on Jett! I think the name is ok, but I am not in love with it. He let me name our little girl so what should I do? WDYT? Please Help!

Stella and Jett. Jett’s really boyish/manly, rugged and tough, while Stella’s beautiful, elegant and graceful.

They compliment eachother lovely.

I really don’t like it as a given name but it makes a sporty nn (and I don’t even like nns all that much)

did he like stella?

he may have let you choose but did you choose a name he liked?

If you dont feel the name is right, you have to come up with an alternative

Jett would be a cool middle name

No he did not like Stella at all! He said that it sounded like an "old lady" name! HAHA But now that she is here she totally looks like a Stella and he agrees so I am hoping that Jett works out the same way for me! The baby’s name has to start with a J, for it is a family tradition! Thank you for all of your help!
