I prefer Gemma.

I think Gemma Kate is beautiful. I love Kate as a middle name, it’s simple and classic. Can’t go wrong with it!

Gamma Kate is pretty, but kate is too common.

I love Gemma’s name (I call this :) ) but mine is with one M. I prefer Gemma writing like that. In addition Gemma means " Precious Stone " and Jemma in Hebrew "Dove".

I prefer the "J" spelling. I’m naming my daughter Jemma Elisabeth. My daughter’s name is Jence, so want to go with the "J" spelling. I sincerely do like it better with a J. Gemma reminds me too much of the word "Gem". Using "J" gives it a fresh look.
