The name Jamie, in particularly the spelling Jamie, is more popular for girls (I know several girls w/the name & spelling Jamie.) However, it’s perfectly acceptable for boys as well. The spelling Jaime is pretty much only used for boys, so that could make it seem more masculine. =) GL!

I know boys (well, men now) named both Jamie & Jaime. I like the name, though not with Blaze. If you really like Blaze as the mn, I would go with James Blaze nn Jamie.

James Blaze or Jamison Blaze with nn Jamie would be a better option. that way when he gets older he can go by the given name or the nn, Jamie.

I agree with pp, James Blaze with the nn Jaime/Jamie would be great. I love the nn Jamie but don’t see it as a full name.
