I voted for Georgio James, but that would be an awful lot of the "G/J" sound.

To me, Nico is more of a nn as opposed to a given name. I’d recommend going with one of these:

Nicodemus James nn Nico
Nicholas James nn Nico
Nicolas James nn Nico
Nikolai James nn Niko or Nico

I haven’t heard the name Georgio for a boy in ages! I actually think it’s a great choice! it’s cute and unsual. I don’t care too much for Nico it sounds more like a nickname or short for Nicholas. Georgio James is great! some other mn suggestions:

Georgio Lysander
Georgio Alexander
Georgio Liam
Georgio Emmanuel
Georgio Francis

I have a son named Dominic and we call him Nico for short. I get complements on both names...It will be Nico while he is a child and Dominic when he becomes a man. Good choice for Nico!
