Silas but spelled vs. Cylas vs. Wdyt

We was wondering what ppl thought of this name, we’re considering it for our soon to be son. The reason we want it spelled Cylas is because Silas spelled this way was ranked 313th in social security. Also please suggest middle names. Thanks

I like the name Silas and I didn’t know it was that popular at all! I have never met a Silas. However I still think you should spell it Silas. IMO Cylas looks strange and kind of more feminine. Stick with Silas great name!!

Well we’ve decided it will be spelled Cylas, like I said we really just wanna know what ppl think of the name not the spelling and can everyone please just suggest middle names.

My actual name is Cylas Oliver Blackington. I’ve enjoyed my name being spelled differently then Silas, I’ve yet to meet another Cylas.

We named our son Cylas after his great grandfather Cy... Plus I prefer this spelling than the more traditional.

We are naming our son Sylus Aiden. :) It has took me 5 years to get pregnant and I have had that name picked out for about 4 of the 5 lol.

My 22 year old son is Cylas Allen, but Sylas Andrew was my choice, ..husband won, but I had final for daughter,\"s name .

Wow I had no idea anybody had come up with this spelling. I named my son cylas Allen, he was born 2013, but I came up with the spelling. I liked the name but I was trying to find one that started with c and there weren’t many good options.
