Very beautiful and flows nicely, Great choice! That’s honestly the best spelling of Macy ever, the other spellings are just made up and there’s nothing as good as the original. Also the name doesn’t sound country to me. Macy sounds like a girl from a city and joanna sounds like an upperclass girl from england.
