Paisley IS a name, as well as a town and a pattern. I like it, although I don’t care for the other choices. Even though I’m sick of "Mc" names McKinley would be my second choice because Kinsley sounds really made-up.

McKinley is a dead president and a mountain - I’d worry about jokes about "Mount McKinley." Paisley is a print, like naming a kid Polka Dot. Kinsley is pretty awkward. Kendra is a nice name. There’s also Kylie.
