Johannah is one of my favourite names! I usually love Joy as a middle name, but there’re too many J’s...How about:
Johannah Kate
Johannah Marie
Johnnah Elise
Johannah May

Or maybe Johannah Joyanne/Joanne? I think it sounds nice, but lots of J’s and ’ann’ sounds.
