Personally, I think it’s really young, and I’d want more options as a grown woman.
Instead of Eleanor, you might consider Elle (like L), Elsa, Eliann, or something that has the Elle sound elsewhere in the name-eg.Mariel, Gabrielle...
You could also do Ella, although I personally think that’s quite youthful, too.
Having said all that, I think there are plenty of girls being named "just Ellie," these days, so she would hardly be out of place.
