Alexa McKenzie Franssen vs. Alexa McKenzie Bilodeau
I have the option of choosing between two last names. I am a single mom who holds both my mother (Bilodeau) and Fathers (Franssen) last name.

| Why not use both like you do? I chose the one that starts with F because it looks easier to deal with and she won’t necessarily be first with everything in school alphabetically, but those aren’t really strong reasons. If either surname is "dying out" I would use that one. |

| do whichever is more meaningful, who cares how it sounds. franssen sounds better with alexa. |

| Why not use them both? If you use them both your daughter should too. That makes logical sense to me. If you were to use only one Alexa McKenzie Bilodeau sounds the best. But I think you should mainly consider how your parents would feel if you chose one of their last names over the other. GL! |

| i think using them both is the best, since you do. one option is to use Alexa as her first name and then the middle name as one of the names and her last name as the other. such as Alexa Bilodeau Franssen. or the other option is for her to have 4 names, 2 being the last name. |
