Sheamus vs. Yes or vs. No?
My husband loves this name for our 2nd son. We have an irish last name and he thinks it’s strong. We would call him "Shea" but I am really unsure of what I think. Please be honest.
The Top Baby Name is...

Yes or
No?

The traditional spelling is Seamus but I know it would always be misprounounced.

I don’t like it, but I am not Irish.
If you like it and it fits your last name then it could be great. Shea is cute too as a nn.
Does it fit with the first son’s name?

It’s unusual, but it sounds fine. I’ve only heard Shea once... it was for a girl, but I don’t think Shea is necessarily feminine.
