I think that your family has very unique names, and Molly is too common. Marissa nn Missy is a little more original and unique and flows well with the family names.

Marissa but PLEASE don’t call her Missy, Marissa is gorgeous & deserves to be used all the time. Missy is a nickname for Melissa
