I’m really not a huge fan of any of them, but Harper is best. Blakely sounds SO made up, and Blaise is a boy’s name. If I were you, I would give this little girl and feminine name, especially since you’re already getting to name a little boy. If I saw Colton and Blakley or Colton and Blaise, I would think two boys. Colton and Harper, I would be unsure since Harper is used for both boys and girls. I think a feminine name will insure that people don’t mistake your twins for two boys.

I feel the same as the first poster, in that I dont favour either name. Blakely will be one of a million girls with that name by the time she gets to school, and Harper is a boys name. I also suggest ditching both Harper and Blakely, and trying a more feminine name.

i like alot of them but most are in the family.. The ones i can use would be Lucy, Savanna, Tessa, Morgan... What about Talyn (Tay-Lyn) Would that be girly enough..

I really can’t imagine a world where there will be 50 Blakelys in a class. I don’t think it’s that common. If hubby hates Harper then I don’t think you can go with that one. Blaise gets a big no from me. I’d go with Blakely.

IMO, Blakely is terrible and sounds made up. I really think it’s an ugly name for either a boy or a girl. I’m not trying to be mean, it’s just my opinion. I would go with a more girly name.

I know a little girl named Blakley and it is super cute on her. I don’t think that it is as bad as everyone is saying. Blaise IS TERRIBLE for either sex. Please don’t name you child Blaise!
