I think Eliza and Eleanor are great suggestions. I especially love Eliza classy, pretty, and spunky!

Ella in Spanish is "She". I donīt like. Isabella or Gabriella is pretty, Eliza and Eleanor or Elinor is pretty too.

yes, i think it sounds weird since you don’t usually use your middle name is your everyday life - which would break it up.
