I did a poll earlier and would just like some more opinions. What do you think of the name Elliara? I LOVE the name Ellie but have gotten negative feedback on it, saying it’s too nicknamey. Middle name is staying as Rose. Thanks once again - Kim

I don’t think Ellie is too nicknamey; I also like the name Elliara.

Thanks 1st guest - I like Elliana, but it’s becoming more popular and I thought Elliara was a nice alternative, unique and still pretty.

I love the name Ellie as it is. I have a beautiful baby girl called Ellie Grace and I know a girl called Ellie and she is really nice. My other 3 girls are called Pansy Rose, Sage Jane and my other girl was called Tia Jennifer ( she died recently ).

I’m very sorry for your loss of Tia. Hers and your other daughter’s names are lovely.
I love the name Ellie, but the other slight problem I have with it is that a friend of mine recently named her daughter Ellie-May, so I don’t want it to seem like I’m copying her if you know what I mean.
