I would say it Ky-anne... I prefer Cayanne, like the pepper!

That’s what I was thinking.. We saw it and thought about it for a middle name for Alivia but wanted to make sure others will pronounce is as Ky-Ann as we do. Thank you.

Uh...kie-ANN (rhymes with "I can"), like cayenne pepper? That would be my guess, but I’ve never seen that name before.
