MNs vs. for vs. Peyton?

My husband, Seth and I (Cara) are having a little girl in January. We already have a son named Austin Garrett (after my dad, Gary) who is 18 months. We have chosen the name Peyton for our little girl but we can’t find a middle name that we agree on. He likes more modern mns like Peyton Kylie, Peyton Aubree, or Peyton Delaney (which i do kind of like) but I tend to like more classic middle names with a unisex name like Peyton... Peyton Caroline, Peyton Abigail, Peyton Elizabeth, Peyton Johanna, Peyton Leanna. Also how would you spell Peyton for a girl? Peyton, Payton, Paityn, Paytin, etc... I tend to like the original but we want outside opinions. Those mns are not final but just examples of what we like so if there’s a name that you want to share, feel free!! :) We want your opinions. Thanks, Seth & Cara. Our last name is Conklin

I like both spellings, but think Payton looks more feminine than Peyton.

I would also go with a feminine, classic middle name. Like Catherine, Elizabeth, etc.

One of my daughter’s friends is Peyton Monroe. I think that her name is pretty. It’s kind of trendy right now like your husband likes, but is a classic name to suit your taste.

Payton Elizabeth. I think Peyton looks really masculine, but Payton looks a little more girly.

Thanks for everyone’s help so far! :) It seems that everyone tends to like Peyton/Payton Elizabeth. But I also still like Peyton/Payton Abigail too!!

I prefer shorter middle names with your last name.
e.g.

Peyton Belle
Peyton Diane/Diana
Peyton Eliza
Peyton Elise
Peyton Eve
Peyton Fay
Peyton Grace
Peyton Gloria
Peyton Iris
Peyton Joyce
Peyton Josie
Peyton Joy
Peyton Leigh/Lee
Peyton Lily
Peyton Lila/h
Peyton May/Mae
Peyton Rose
Peyton Rosa
Peyton Sarah
Peyton Sadie
Peyton Tess/Tessa

Thanks again! I am falling in love with the name Peyton Sarah!!! Sarah is my best friend’s name and I never thought about using that name until now but I like the idea! I also like Peyton Hannah, Peyton Elise, Peyton Joy and Peyton Violet. Naming a little girl is much harder than naming a boy...Austin was the first name we agreed on and it stuck.

Peyton looks more feminine to me. Payton reminds me of Walter Paytong and there were a lot of little boys named after him that used that spelling, so that is why it is boyish to me. Naming a boy is harder because people are giving their girls boys names. Like Peyton! haha I like it for a boy and a girl. GL

I love Peyton Sarah, Peyton Abigail, and Peyton Elizabeth.

And I like both spellings Peyton and Payton, but I think I like Peyton better for a girl.
