Jayden is my son’s name so clearly I don’t like it for a girl. Here are some girl variations:

Jayda
Jaida
Jada
I like middle name Caroline

Jedyn (Jayden) is my brother’s name, it’s not really a girl’s name because it is so close to Aiden and I could not picture Aiden on a girl, so Jaiden is a boy’s name spelled in a variation.

I too know a boy Jayden but I also know a girl, Aiden (she is in her 50’s, too). I think you could do a lot worse in using a boy’s name for a girls - even though I’m not a fan of the pratice. I went for Jaiden Hope Hayes, not because I liked the name "Hope", but because it had the best ring to it. Good luck with your naming!
