Simon has more of the English vibe and is a little more unique.
Noah is a little "safer," of a choice. There will be other Noahs in his class for sure.
It is still a super handsome name, though, especially with James.
I’m not a fan of gender neutral names, and I dislike Jordan on boys in particular. I also don’t like the repeated J.
