You could try Islee/Isley. I like IS better than ai or ei, but if you had to choose one of those, i think Ei is better. I thought os A-ley when i say the ai.

The names Ailie, Ailidh and Eilidh (and all their various derivatives) are all pn ay-lee.
ai - is an "ay" sound
ei - "ee"
To get eye-lee:
Isley (as previously suggested)
Iley

I think Eiley is your best bet for being pronounced correctly. Islee or Isley may be pronounced is-lee and Ailey may be pronounced al-ee. At least you cannot mess Eiley up as much. GL!

Eilee :) It would be pronounced like Eileen without the n. I think it has the best chance of most people getting it right. Cute name :)
