I like Abigail, Bella, Camille, and Dean...you could use combinations of your first name picks for your middle names...like Abigail Claire, Bella Annalise, Camille Belle, and Dean Aden (closest I could come up with using the girls names)...just a suggestion...
I thought I should let you know that they call them baby ABCand D now, but they will be reorganized as you have them. When they do the c-section, they will label them baby a, b, c and d as they are born, which isn’t always the same order they have been calling them inside.
I don’t know if this matters to you, but I just wanted you to be prepared!!!

I love the fact that your having quads - how sweet - going with your theme of ABCD I thought middle names of EFGH could be cool too -
Ava Elizabeth (means - life, dedicated to God)
Bianca Freya ( means - fair, goddess of love, fertility and beauty)
Charlotte Grace (means - womanly, graceful & blessing)
Daniel Harrison (means - God is my judge, ruler)
I would love to know what you think of my ideas? L :)

As much as I think this is a cute idea....I don’t really think it is right. I mean, isn’t it a bit cliched? Maybe it will be cute if it was ABCD for their middle names, but please not their first names! And what happends when people notice, it will ALWAYS be "Ohhhh Your names are ABCD! That’s so cute! Aww!".
Meeting new people will always start like that, and I know that if I met them that I wouldnt be able to stop thinking about it!
Please, give it a second thought.

If the boy comes out in a different order than 4th you will need to pick a name with a different letter than "D" for him...confusing...lol. Just pick 4 names you love and name them what they look like out of the names :)

I think the ABCD thing is dumb, by the way. You have the opportunity to name 4 kids at once, why be limited by the first letters. Besides, they will always associate their name with this description your dr. gave them and they will feel like they are a number (Baby A, Baby B, etc.) and they won’t feel special. Here are my votes anyway
A:
Adelaide
B:
Brenna
C:
Cecilia
D:
Derek
Even people who adopt dogs have the sense to change the ID names that the breeders give the puppies
