Charlie vs. Levi

Hi, my husband and I posted earlier and these are our two favorite names. Which one is your favorite? Also, we don’t like Charles, just Charlie. We feel that once he is older, he can easily go by Charles if he so chooses, even if it’s not his "true" name, just as if his name was Charles and he went by Charlie. I’ll post our mn list in the first comment, but please don’t be limited to it! Thanks!

I didnt vote, but Levi would get my vote. I understand you dont like Charles and he could just go to it if he wan ted, but I only like the name Charlie if its a nn, and being a full/real name, I wouldnt be a fan. Levi is a great name, though you truly cannot go wrong with either name. Levi Charles is quite nice because it sort of combines two names you like (even though your not as big of a fan of Charles as a fn) Levi William and Levi Andrew are sooo handsome too. Levi Mason would be great as well. Ahh, you have too many good choices.. If you ever ona whim did decide on Charles, I would pick Charles Andrew first, but if not (and i assume not), I would say my favorite (with many close seconds) would be Levi Andrew, because Andrew is such a handsome name that you just dont hear as often as others.

It’s not that we can’t stand Charles, we just feel it would be easier on him if his name was Charlie.

We love Levi Mason as well.

Levi Charles. I know several girls named Charlotte, nn Charlie - at least 3 at my dd school.

I only know little boys called Charlie, and I think it’s an adorable name.

Imho Levi has gone totally "hick," the Palin daughter’s baby daddy hasn’t helped the name one bit!

I do like Drew or Andrew very much. Drew is such a handsome, sporty underused choice.
It would def. gmv.
