I like Alexia the best from your list but another suggestion like Keyarah- Keyona. This is my friends name and everyone calls her Key. I think its really cute.

alexia is a name of a brain disorder, different than dyslexia. anyhow, alexa or lexi would be better substitutions. my vote however is for karlie renee.
