Mason Wesley vs. Kellan Levi vs. Elijah Virgil

Virgil is a family name. I also have Gavin Lucas Timm. I am still looking however I do like these names a lot. Please let us know what you think. Any and all feedback is appreciated. Thank you

Elijah is such a cool, serious yet poetic name. Love it. coupled with Virgil the family name just seems perfect to me.

Elijah isnt too common of a name? Thats what I’m worried about. I want him to have his own name and not worry about other kids in his class with the same name. Thank you guys for your input. I decided to throw Virgil in there and see what people thought.

I don’t like Virgil but if its a family name than I guess it’s fine.
Kellan Levi or Kellan Mason would be great imo.

Do not like Virgil..whoever said people have to name their children after family..if that were the case I would have a "Judith" "Heb"
"Margaret" "Virginia" "Gladys" "Joseph" (Don’t like Joe at all) or "Arthur" now you see why you don’t name your kids after family! I named my kids to be unique..and have their own identity!

Right, I would never name him Virgil. Just maybe a middle name. Sometimes its best for the child to have special meaning towards a name than a common, frilly name that 4 or 5 other kids in their class have. I do understand where your coming from. I’m not necessarily going to use Virgil, however it was an idea. I do thank you for taking the time to give an input, tho.

I like Mason Wesley. Very solid, handsome name.

I think Elias nn Eli, or Elliot would be great.

I’m just not a fan of Elijah, and I think something a shade more modern would pair better with Gavin.

Gavin and Elias....think about it!

Kellan is just o.k.
A bit trendy for me.

I love honoring family, but Virgil is a tough one.
It will definitely prompt snickers about "virgin," should a sub. teacher ever say it in front of others.

Perhaps use a family surname instead.

Dawson, Conrad, Matthews, Hawke are all possible surnames. Plus Gavin is a name I am thinking about. I thought Gavin Lucas Timm sounded nice together.

Brennan Elias Timm might work too.

Virgil will be a middle name and not one used often in public. Any suggestions for Eli’s middle name?

"guest"...No one said you HAVE you name your baby after family members but some people WANT to. This poster is considering it, which I think is nice. Get over it!
