Halle vs. India vs. Bronte or Jada

Hi, we are down to these four names for out little girl due in 6 weeks. So what do you think of Halle, Bronte (Bron-tee), India and Jada? This is our first and we will definitely have more children so can you see these working as sister names? Thanks~ Susannah

Halle is pretty, though I prefer the spelling Halley.

I love Jada... it means "wisdom."

India is pretty, but I don’t personally like the names of countries as names for kids; I think it would be better as a mn.

I would pronounce Bronte as bron-TAY, just like the authors. I think if you plan to pronounce it BRON-tee, you (and she) will get frustrated and tired of correcting people.

Personally, I think Halley India and Jada Bronte would be LOVELY for sisters.

Definately India..I like it because it is unique...there will be no others on the playground (which is good) India is "Awesome"!

I think Jada is beautiful, definitely my favorite.

I agree with the above about Bronte being pronounced bron-tay. I wouldn’t mess with the pronunciation on that one, not worth a lifetime of hassle for your daughter. Go with bron-tay or a different name altogether.

India doesn’t do much for me, not overly attractive.

Halle is alright, but not a top choice for me.

I absolutely love the name Hallie! I am pregnant myself and want so bad to name my new little one Hali Mae - just working on hubby now:)
