Silas. I think y’s in boys names make it look feminine. Silas definitely looks stronger in my opinion. Great name :)

Well I thought Silas looked more like Sill-as instead of cy. I think the y is more attractive, but I want to hear everyones opinions before we make a decision. My husband was worried that the name sounds like an std. Does anyone else think that?

Sylas is an incorrect spelling. Don’t use it. And if your husband think it’s too reminiscent of syphilis, perhaps you should try a different name! Cyrus sounds similar to Silas, for example.
