i only like Lillith - i see the other two as boys names, however if this is what you are after, i think the names flow fine together.
I do think that Kieran Elizabeth Blaise sounds better still.

Kieran and Blaise are both boys’ names.

Lilith is just not attractive.

Taken together, I almost get the impression that you’re trying to make sure your little girl turns out sort of manly.
