??? Taylor vs. Family Name?

My husband loves the name Taylor, but it’s really not my favorite, and doesn’t really match the other names we have picked out and will probably use on our next children to come. Also we have decided that we want to include a family name in all our childrens names. Do I use Taylor as a middle name to appease my husband? Or offend him by not wanting to use it? I’ll put a list of family names we could mix it with in the first comment. Thanks!

I like it as a mn. It’s cute and I like that it has some special significance. I think it really goes with any of the names you have listed. I like Charlotte Taylor best. GL!

you could hold out for a boy or use it as a middle.. maybe double middle

Thanks for your comments! I think I could get used to Charlotte Taylor (which is good because my husbands favorite name on our list is Charlotte so he wouldn’t be calling our baby by her middle name). I also forgot the name Danielle in our list of family names.

I’d rather use Taylor as a girls name and not a boys name. But that’s part of the reason I don’t like it. I prefer names that are very gender specific.
