I know there is a professional male wrestler named Maven, but I actually quite like it for a girl, Mave is a bonafide girls name, so maybe Mavyn?

I agree, Aven and Maven sound masculine. What about Raven?

I don’t see how Raven is any less feminine then Aven or Maven! I like it on a girl as well. Isn’t it from a Hebrew word? I know it is the name of Tori Spelling’s children clothing line.

Mavyn Camille
Mavyn Alyssa

We really despise the name Raven but thank you anyway. We also like Mavyn Grace probably because its very similar to Aven Grace. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thank you so much for the input.

and yes it means "one who understands" in Hebrew and Aven means fair radiance

I personally love it, and think Mavyn Grace, or even Mavyn Elizabeth Grace is beautiful. I can’t see this name on a boy at all... I am not a big fan of Aven, reminds me of birds- like an aviary- Mavyn is gorgeous- classier than Everlee or Brynlee...

My daughter’s name is Mayvin I loved it since the day we picked it I always get complements on it. When she was younger she was always questioning why we didnt name her some thing more common.I always said because you are anything but common. You are the he only you! Of course I always got the roll of the eyes but know that she is 18 she loves it! In her graduation class there were 16 Raven!!
