i am a mother of 4.when my older children-Lucy,Karl and James where young they used to go to sleep with no trouble but i cant get my 3 year old emma to get to sleep it takes about 2 hours!~Abi

Do you Allow her to play just before bedtime? if so this is the reason.Instead of her calming down her body is waking up through playing.I would suggest to allow her to play earlier so that there is an hour before she goes to bed that you calm her down maybe read a story to her getting her to relax so when its bedtime it won’t take as long
