Caroline vs. Caraline

How should I spell Caroline? I usually only go for traditional spellings. The only reason I’m considering Caraline is because I want to call her Cara. Can I still call her Cara if I spell it Caroline?? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Also any middle name suggestions would be lovely!

I definitely think that if you spell it Caroline you can still call her Cara. However, I really love the spelling Caraline. I know you like traditional but Caraline is soo adorable.

You could co Cara for Caroline but Caraline is pretty and unique!
