It looks like Eye-luh to me so Eyeluh Riley is too much "I" sound. Or is it AE-luh? Still, I think Mae is your best one. I also like Ayla Rachel, Ayla Marie and Ayla Violet.

Ayla Riley is a mouthful not matter which way you prn it!
I like Ayla Mae the best. I feel like most of the middle names are too short for such a short first name.
What about Ayla Madeleine/Madelyn?
Or Ayla Rosalie?

I have grown to love this name. Someone I know named their daughter this a few years ago and at first I had never heard it and didn’t love it. I have now really grown to appreciate how pretty and unique it is. I do prefer the spelling Aila though. Riley is too trendy in my opinion and used to be a boys name, but has converted to a girls name. Aila Renee has a nice flow, but I think you can find some other middle names that will work better.
