Finally someone else who loves Eliot for a girl! I adore this. I don’t like it on a boy but I think it’s precious for a little girl. It’s on my list and I’m considering it too! I like Eliot Makenna (I prefer McKenna) best! :)

I don’t think that Michaela, Makenna or Mae are "girly"...BTW, I did not vote because I don’t like Eliot for a girl but how about:
Eliot Isabella
Eliot Lucy
Eliot Sophia
Eliot Jillian

If you MUST use Eliot for a little girl, give her a super feminine middle name... Katherine, Gabriella, Christine, or Hannah for example... My personal favorite combination is Eliot Katherine, and you can call her Ellie Kate if she ends up hating her name

Elliot Michaela looks like Elliot Michael at first glance.
Elliot Miranda
Elliot Mariah/Moriah
Elliot Michelle
Elliot Monet
To be honest, even if you do give her a girly middle name, nobody will know what it is and think she is a boy. On forms you usually just put your middle initial.
