Combining vs. Names

I got this idea from a poll earlier and it seemed to work well. Could you help me combine them or use some of the letters or anyway you may think of? I’d appreciate your ideas! Names will be in first comment. I’d like boy, girl, or both - whatever comes to mind. Thanks a bunch!

Patrick and Robin could become Patin (Pay-tin), Robin and Lane could become Rane or Kyle and Robin could be Kobin. I’d prefer to make first and middle name combos though, like;
Kyle Patrick

Kyle/Lane - Kane/Kain
Amber/Brooke - Ambrose (maybe?)
David/Jill - Dale/Dill(Dylan)

That’s all I got. I agree with the above poster. It would be easier to just combine the names into first and middle names. Or just choose one of them as a middle name.

these are difficult names to make combos from, i think the best idea would be to use them as middle names
