Would you really do Ella Grace AND Olivia Grace? Just wondering. I have seen it done, but if you call the older girl Ella Grace all the time, I wouldn’t use Olivia Grace. What about:

Olivia Mae
Olivia Paige
Olivia Claire
Olivia Faith
Olivia Hope
Olivia Blaise

Still deciding on the same mn. Leaning towards no but I do know a few ppl that share the same mn with a sibling and they love it.Just looking for thoughts and suggestions.
