I would go with the accent. I think it looks very nice and completes the name. Also, I don’t think she would find it annoying because she really won’t be writing her middle name out very often. I just think it makes the name seem more "official" and grown up.

No, it only needs the accent when spelled correctly. "Kh" does not make the same sound as "Ch"
