| I voted for Ella Kathryn which is gorgeous, although I would prefer Ella Catherine or Ella Katherine. I only like Lizzie as a nickname for Elizabeth. Elizabeth Sarah would also be beautiful, although I prefer Ella. |

| I love the name lizzie, i dont think you need the full name for it to be beautiful. i dont like it with the middle name sarah Lizzie Nicole or Lizze Rose wouls sould much better |
