help vs. with vs. spelling

I love the name Brayden but I think the spelling looks ’messy’ if that makes sense. I don’t like Braden (think it looks like Brad-en) or Braeden. Are there other ways to spell it? The issue is with the ’ay’ sound not the ’en’ if that helps. Thanks for your time.

I think Braden is fine...my friends sons name is Braden and they havent had any issues with mispronunciation

Braden is less "messy"
but largely because it looks more like Brandon, which is a more classic name. I like Brandon more than Braden, but the spelling is fine.

Braiden
Breiden
Breyden

Personally, I’d go with Branden or Brandon. GL!

What about Brendan? I like this way better than Brandon/Branden and all of the Brayden spellings.

Thanks for your input, I’m not really a fan of either Brandon or Brendan though, it’s really the sound of ’Brayden’ that I like and I love the nn Brady too. I’m still torn between spellings although I’m warming to Braden.
Are there any other full names for Brady? I still love the way Brayden sounds but wonder if I’ve overlooked another name.
Thanks again!

Brady is its own, perfectly good name. Why not go with that?

The surname’s Kelly, I prefer the way Brayden sounds with it than Brady. It’s not ruled out though.

I had the same problem with my first child. I loved the Brady- sound but I didn’t like the spelling of he entire name. In the end we named him Bradley! We call him Brad, Lee, and Brady and we love it! Hoped this helped!

Bradley is very cute! Our nephew is named Lee though so I don’t know that we can go down that route, it’s so frustrating! If we didn’t have to write the name he’d be Brayden, no contest!

Braden is my personal fave (it’s my friend’s name). Other than the ones you listed (and I guess Braiden although I don’t like this), I don’t know how you’d change the ay sound without making it "messier". Brayden isn’t messy in my opinion.

Bradley and Lee don’t seem too bad together, He could go by Brad or Brady. What about Bronson?

Bronson reminds me of Charles Bronson I’m afraid.
Bradley and Lee aren’t too bad together especially if he were to go by a nn, I guess I’m just attached to Brayden!
