Annika Rose vs. Natalie vs. Lauren

I’m 31 wks along and this name thing is driving me nuts! Could use some help. I have a daughter named Sienna Marie and really like the name Annika for the second one(pronounced AHN-i-ka), but know it will be perpetually mispronounced by people. I’m not sure of middle names for Natalie or Lauren and neither is really a burning favorite. My favorite is actually Kira, but I didn’t list it because it doesn’t flow with my last name...

Annika Rose is gorgeous, and I don’t think you or your daughter would have that much trouble with people’s pronunciation. I think most would get it right (I read it the same as you), and those who wouldn’t would only need to be told once.

Love Lauren but Annika Rose is pretty and goes best with Sienna Marie.

With Danica being popular I don’t think anyone would mispronounced Annika. In fact, I can’t even think of another way to pronounce it

People also pronounce it Ann-i-ka or An-EE-ka and I also realized if you say \"I\’m Annika\" it can be misunderstood as \"Monica.\"
