I think sofia is a little more unique. And sophia spelling is so popular right now.

I like Sofia best. It’s more unique and the more traditional and Italian spelling.

Sophia is much prettier, it’s more popular as it’s a nicer spelling. Beautiful name choice either way.

I would go with Sofia, I have to love it because it’s my daughters name!! We calle her Fia or Sofi!
