I definitely wouldn’t use it. It doesn’t sound flattering. just sounds like Scotland, which I would not use like a name. it’s also kind of trendy with people using the names Irelyn and Britton.

nah. maybe as a middle name. Or just do Scotland. But Scotlyn looks kinda silly and isn’t pretty.

I like Scotlynn (with 2 n’s) better. You could also use it as a middle name or pick a different one since I don’t think Jean flows well with it. Mabye use a girlier middle name like:
Scotlynn Grace
Scotlynn Brooke
Scotlynn Marie
Scotlynn Joy
Or something. A short, sweet and girly middle name will work with Scotlynn

If Scotland is important to you and your family, how about naming your daughter Alba? Alba means Scotland in Gaelic, and is much nicer as a girl name, IMO.
