Elijah seems all boy to me.I do have a female friend who spells her name Elisha but it’s pronounced more like ah-lee-sha.

I LOVE the name Elijah but its definately a boys name. I do like some unisex names, but I cant see Elijah on a girl, I agree Eliza is a great name for a baby girl maybe Eliza Victoria ??????
