Middle name will be my maiden name, rather not say. Or possibly Timothy. By the way, people in the last poll I did said it was mean to name him Blake b/c of my last name . . .

I like this name for a boy. Hate it for a girl.
But for a boy...no it is a nice name as well as the name Blaine.

Oh I see. I don’t think its the name, I think its the name with your last name. It sounds ridiculous really. Black Pack! Say it out loud and you should realize you need to pick a new name. Sorry!

Well if it has to do with your last name.....
The name may be fine for a first name but if somehow it dose something with your last name to make a negative full name,then don’t use it. There is this lady where I am from whos last name is Hog. Her first name is Ima.
Ima Hog. NOT GOOD!

It rhymes too much with your last name. Blake is not bad on its own (not my style, but ok) but not with your last name. How about

I don’t get it...Blake doesn’t clash with pack in my ear. It’s not BLACK...it’s BLAKE. You can always invent a name to make fun of people with anyway. I have thought of all sorts of teases for my daughter Elise hoping they will never be used.

Back pack and Black pack are two of the most harmless nicknames/ teasings I have ever come by. Don’t allow crazy, hormonal bullies to talk you out of a perfectly fine name.

Blake and Back/Black have TOTALLY different ’a’ sounds!
