Am I a bad mother? vs. Or is it normal
Hey all sweet and nice people. I just had a little daughter named Lucca Josephine which you helped me with. She’s now 1,5 months old and I am breaking down. I am all alone right now and can’t handle a thing. She cries all the time and is very sick. Am I a bad mother for not being able to handle it?

No your not a bad mommy. I had twins in 2008 and had been really upset and feeling worthless when they cried and all that stuff. Go to the doctor find out what he says...

Hello! I remember you - great name! As it been already that long? Congrats!
I am pretty sure you are not a bad mother, but you may need outside help - husband, mother, mother in law, sister, friend, nurse, etc. The best thing to do is to reach out and ask for help - you are not alone! :)

No, you’d probably be surprised at how many mommies go through that. You need to talk to your doctor ASAP. Also reach out to family for help. Getting some time to yourself, will probably help. You might also want to join a support group. GL!

Does she have colic? That’s very hard, but it usually stops by 3 months.
There are also some remedies that you might want to try.
Definitely talk to your doctor both about the baby’s needs and your own.
Definitely join a support group and get yourself out of the house.
I would try one through your hospital or local community college, as they are less likely to be, "Oh, everything is great. Rah Rah"
Have grandma or another trusted friend come over so you can get some time away.
No One has the mental resources to be with a crying infant 24/7!
You might also consider finding a church, if you’re religious at all.
It sounds like you need to build up some support networks.

You are not a bad mom. Most mom’s go through exactly what you are experiencing, I did. You are exhausted and stressed not to mention your hormones all over the place. You should call your Dr. ASAP to help until your hormones level off and get some help. If you don\’t have family or friends nearby, you can hire a young nanny part time just to get a break. They aren\’t that expensive or even a daycare center to give you a break. Hang in there, it will get easier. Also, you can talk with your pediatrician to make sure your baby is healthy and if there is anything you can change...like formula.
