There are many names you can use as full names to Katie, like:
Kate
Katherine/Kathryn
Katya
Katia
Cadence/Kadence
Katelyn
Acadia (ah-KATE-EE-ah, aka Ah-cade-ee-ah :)

Or you can even use initials, and a name like Kayla Delaney Leigh nn KD-Leigh, or spelled Katie Leigh.

Or Kimberly Tessa Leigh nn KT-Leigh, or spelled Katie Leigh :)
