Personally I like the H on the end spelling better but myself and everyone I know pronounces them both the same way like sair-rah.I think you might be correcting people quite often if you want it said sah-rah.

Sair-ruh is the only way I know how to say Sara/Sarah. Sah-rah sounds like a New York accent trying to say Sarah. Definatly Sarah.
