I like names that have the same ending for multiples, rather than the same first letter. My twin nieces names are Hannah and Sarah - both have the same ending and they sound good together.
For triplets, I like the names:
Madelyn Marie
Katelyn Rose
Jocelyn Grace
-All of these names have the same amount of letters and sound good together, but dont rhyme or have that worn out cliche of all starting with the same letter
