Louisa with the nickname Lou is DARLING!
Ryan is NOT a girls’ name. I do like some unisex name, but this name is not unisex. Sorry!
Thea is OK. Teddy is longer than the actual name, though, and doesn’t really relate. Theodora means "gift from God" and would make sense with the nickname (or both nicknames) but just Thea doesn’t work.
Louisa is fresh, unique, pretty, and feminine. Good luck!
