For the girl I love Piper Justine. For the boy I love Wyatt Matthew. Both great names.

Piper Justine is your best combo for the girl. Matthew Carter sounds nice to me, but that takes away from the first name you really desired. Wyatt Carter is the way I would go if you are stuck on Wyatt. If you are going to call him Levi anyway then just leave it as the first name. I do not think it sounds better the other way anyhow.

I like Piper Justine best also (spelled Justine, because it looks better; less childish).

For the boy, if you want to call him Levi, you might as well use that as his first name. There’s no point giving a child a name that you don’t intend to use. Levi Anthony sounds fine. But I prefer Wyatt Matthew. I think this name is very handsome.
